N° 01 — The House
The Lucky Goose is a room on the Ta' Xbiex seafront that does a few things properly: tapas, pasta rolled fresh each day, and a cabinet of steaks aged in-house — chosen by eye, carved to order.
The menu follows the market and the board changes daily — a glass at the bar to start, the marina across the road, the lamps low.

N° 03 — The Cabinet
Rib-eyes and striploins from farms we rate — Canada, the States, Uruguay, Ireland, New Zealand — rested in the cabinet until they're ready, then sold by weight and finished over fire.
Per 300 g, carved to order. The cabinet rotates — ask what's ready tonight. Off the board: Fiorentina for two, Stone Axe wagyu short rib, aged picanha.
